LIFE IS GOOD! I choose this as my slogan as in my 50+ years this was always the way i saw the world and firmly believe that all things &nbsp;that seem inconvenient or challenging, end of the day lead to something that we will be happy about! We are no almost one year into a pandemic, which changed everything! For us adults it is challenging, depressing, confusing but won´t shape us, but for our children it is something that i have not wished to my worst enemy! They are taught online without human contact, are not allowed to socialize with their friends, going out without mask is something they can't even remember and the only think they see on the mainstream news is only implementing fear in their minds. Now, if we look at history, economic and cultural boom followed the spanish flu and world war one and the same happened after world war 2, what would confirm my theory on a larger scale. I also believe that this will happen after covid19 dies down, but even if the bom comes, how will our children individually experience it? What Covid19 took from us is control and predictability of the future, and if we are honest this is what we all want: we want to plan our kids future or at least shape it and steer them into certain directions. (even if we say, you can become whatever you want &nbsp;is steering the future towards a certain mindset.) Now we have to reorient ourselves, relearn and refocus and especially the extremely individualistically oriented and selfish western society has to accept, that taking the good of a greater community into account is necessary for the benefit of humanity. That does by far not mean to give up the pursuit of happiness of any of us! It just means that we have to be more considerate and kind towards a greater group and not just towards the guy in the mirror! LIFE IS GOOD!

Hóla! Longtime no hear! Mea culpa! Was travelling to source the best partners to supply the ingredients for JADEKIND and although I always practiced my breathing in the plane,(what got me not just once more than strange looks: Are you OK?? I hope you don’t get a heartattack here!!)I just missed out writing about the progresses and also today I am intending to present an other idea!:):) my kids got their first piano yesterday and while my son had piano classes now for a year and is almost ready for Royal Albert Hall, my daughter is a beginner, which is already a level above me. So when she asked me if I could show her to play a tune I had to shamefully decline. My first idea then was to take the lessons together with her, but then had a possible better idea! People remember 10% of what they read, 50% of what they hear and see and 90% OF what they practice and explain. So I will engage Larissa as my piano teacher. I am very excited about the possible increase in her progress and about going to class to her!!Love, peace and rock onGS

<h1>SEE ONE, DO ONE, TEACH ONE.....</h1>

After giving birth to our son, (in this case my wife indeed did most of the work) we spent a week in the wonderful hospital suite overlooking the english garden in Munich and cuddled our son for 24/7! When our daughter was born we were asked politely to leave after 2 days but we kept the tradition and cuddled, kissed, wrapped her in endless affection…..ah, we are such awesome parents giving up everything for our little ones!(this were the only 2 times in the last 15 years that I can remember to have switched of my cellphone for a full week!)…..at least this is what is our self-portrait is. In truth the bonding is an immensely selfish from the parents! (don´t misunderstand me, of course its great and important for our kids, I just want to point out that we gain almost more at that moment emotionally) Why do you ask? Because our body is programmed to release a fireworks of hormones, so-called love or happiness hormones. The most talked about is OXYTOCIN, this is literally a love-hormone, as it increases when we fell in love, having an orgasm or at birth. (at birth it helps with the labor and to end the bleeding of the uterus after it.) Studies show that also the husbands have increased oxytocin levels during their wifes pregnancy! There were hypes and tries to sell it as a nasalspray but it turned out it only woks if injected into the bloodstream. In any case this hormone gives us an incredible natural high! So if we cuddle and kiss our babies subconsciously, we want to create a constant high for us! No wonder we don’t want to leave our babies side for 1 second. Also the baby is already producing it with a slightly different effect on the baby. The little ones turn relaxter and are more likely to drink. (their milk, duuh) It also acts as “Monogamie” hormone as both partners are likely to stay together as long as Oxytocin is high. All his makes of course sense from the evolution, as it protects and ensures the survival of the newborn!So get out and get flooded by oxytocin!Life is Good!
